I’m a runner, cyclist, and outdoor enthusiast with a creative side. My adventures often inspire my art, illustrating notable moments in paint or colored pencil. I first experimented with digital art when I enrolled in the Graphic Design program at my local community college years after I had already earned a B.A in History. I learned an exhaustive amount in two years, and my background in traditional art prepared me for making beautiful layouts on the computer.

After earning an associates degree in Graphic Design, I landed a job with the Finger Lakes region of the New York State Parks designing signage and brochures. I’ve been running in the state parks for over a decade, so using my creativity to further enhance these public spaces was an exciting opportunity. Working in Adobe software, I create attractive and functional signage to be displayed in the over thirty parks of the region. I enjoy the process of design and critique, and it all comes together when my signs are printed, mounted, and used by park visitors.
